# Quick start with MONA Cloud

Sign in with MONA Pass, receive 20,000 VND signup credit and try public Git deployment in sandbox. Approve host costs before creating real resources. The first app host takes ~150 seconds; the sample app deploys in 10–20 seconds with a public HTTPS URL.

## What do you need for the first five minutes?

An email address, your application repository and an AI tool are enough to start learning the flow. Five minutes does not include payment processing or a complete production deployment.

Open the [console](/console), register with MONA Pass and follow account verification. Use the wallet for VietQR top-ups; check the recipient and amount before paying. The September 4 snapshot reports a merchant configuration blocker, so do not pay without a valid QR.

## How do you connect your agent?

Use the [MCP setup](/en/ai-agent), read prices with `cloud_prices` and create a simulated resource with `cloud_vps_create`. CLI monacloud 0.3.1 also provides `deploy` for public Git repositories; see the app example below.

## How do you test with curl?

Set your token locally, never in chat. The sandbox header keeps this request simulated.

Replace the example job ID with the returned `id`. Sandbox finishes at `done`; real provisioning finishes at `succeeded`. Read `result.service_id` and inspect the service before revealing credentials.

## When can you create real resources?

Read [pricing](/en/pricing) and confirm the wallet balance. After approval, remove `X-Vibecloud-Sandbox: 1` from the create request; it now creates billable infrastructure.

For a self-managed VPS, use the separate credentials endpoint with `X-Confirm: reveal`, deploy over SSH and test the real URL. For public Git apps, use `/api/apps` as shown below. Never SSH to sandbox addresses in `10.99.x.x`.

## How do you deploy a public Git repository?

Use CLI monacloud 0.3.1 with MCP monacloud-mcp 0.3.2:

The first command simulates deployment; the second asks for cost approval. Alternatively use MCP `cloud_app_create` or `POST /api/apps`. The host is billed hourly or monthly; apps have no extra charge. [Sample HTTPS URL](https://monacloud-example-node-3fb5b2.app.monacloud.vn) uses Let’s Encrypt.
