How is the hourly bill calculated?

For a 1-core, 1-GB RAM, 10-GB disk VPS: 250 + 150 + 10 × 15 = 550 VND/hour.
What does that mean per month?

These use the same 730-hour assumption as the Vietnamese pricing page. Stack landing pages use 720 hours (30 days), so the smallest VPS estimate there is 396,000 VND. Neither figure is a fixed monthly subscription.
A separate database or extra resources are additional. Minimum API configuration does not guarantee enough memory for every application.
Are monthly plans available?
Yes. 399,000 / 999,000 / 1,990,000 / 3,990,000 VND per month, with a year billed at ten months. MONA customers have a 0 VND plan; signup credit is 20,000 VND. Monthly invoices include 10% VAT.
Use GET /api/plans, GET /api/subscriptions, GET /api/invoices and POST /api/credit-codes/redeem. Manage these in subscriptions and invoices. PBS backups are still being opened.
A default new app host has 2 cores, 2 GB RAM and 30 GB disk: 1,250 VND/hour, or 900,000 VND for 720 hours. Apps have no extra charge; deleting an app keeps its billable host. Read monthly plans for API and CLI examples.
Does stopping a service stop all billing?
No. Stop keeps disk and IP allocated and billable. Delete the service to end all of that service's charges, after backing up and confirming the correct ID.
Sandbox is simulated and costs 0 VND. VietQR wallet funding needs a valid payment request; the supplied test snapshot still records a merchant configuration blocker.
